Excellent start to the day with this energy packed breakfast dish of bananas and strawberries, topped with Greek yogurt and honey crisp oats.

  • 150ml (¼ pint) thick Greek yoghurt
  • 15g (¼oz) toasted flaked almonds
  • 25g (1oz) raisins
  • 30ml (2tbsp) clear honey

 

Mix together yoghurt, almonds and raisins. Transfer to a glass serving bowl and drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.
