Enough for 1.8kg (4lb) pork spare ribs.
- 90ml (6tbsp) tomato ketchup
- 45ml (3tbsp) clear honey
- 30ml (2tbsp) red wine vinegar
- 30ml (2tbsp) mustard
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Mix together all the ingredients and brush over prepared ribs. Baste the ribs during cooking with any remaining sauce.
