HONEY AND PECAN NUT SMOOTHIE

Preparation time: 5 minutes

  • 200ml (7floz) semi skimmed milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 30ml (2tbsp) pecan nuts, chopped
  • extra honey for drizzling
  • cinnamon to dust
  • 1 tbsp of clear honey

Place a tall glass in the fridge to chill. Whizz the milk, ice cream, honey and pecans in a blender, remove the glass from the refrigerator, drizzle honey around the inside of the glass and pour in the smoothie mixture. Top with a dusting of cinnamon and a few pieces of chopped pecan nuts. Drink with a straw. Serves 1 Tip: For a thicker creamier smoothie, simply add icecream before blending!
