Readers vote on top taste for National Honey Week

Madonna has more natural good taste than other celebrities - including Robbie Williams and David Beckham- according to Handbag.com readers in a survey commissioned by the Honey Association for National Honey Week. With over 52 per cent of the online votes in a new survey, the singer beat all overall contenders in the acting, pop and sport categories, proving that like pure, versatile honey, she has "good taste - naturally."

In the new survey for Handbag.com, the Honey Association asked readers to vote for the celebrity they thought had 'the most good taste - naturally'. With over half the votes in the pop category, Madonna has spoonfuls more style than Robbie Williams (19 per cent of votes), Spiller star Sophie Ellis Bextor (21 per cent) and P J Harvey (8 per cent).

At 38 per cent, Jennifer Aniston came out as the most tasteful 'Friend' in the acting profession, narrowly beating Nicole Kidman (37 per cent), Jude Law (16 per cent) and Anna Friel (9 per cent).

Footballer David Beckham emerged as 'Good Taste' Spice in the sports category, beating athlete Denise Lewis (35 per cent), tennis player Anna Kournikova (21 per cent) and rugby player Lawrence Dallagio (7 per cent).

Thomas Heck, Chairman of the Honey Association, said:
"We were delighted with the results of this survey for National Honey Week - nearly 3,000 people voted for the celebrities they thought had the most star quality. Honey is undoubtedly one of the purest and healthy foods around so naturally tastes great and we wanted to get people's views about which people can exude real style without even trying."
